Photo and video packages

GENERAL

The photography and video wedding packages listed below are meant to serve as a guideline only. We build them based on past demands but we are always willing to customize the photography package to your personal tastes and needs. Each package includes 1 photographer but we can add a second shooter upon request. Contact us to discuss your preferences and special requests ( more images, second photographer…).

Depending on your personal taste, our photographers will offer you a blend of traditional style photography and a more journalistic and candid approach of your special moments.

We focus on quality and limit our bookings to 8 a month to provide the best service possible.

BOOKING FEE and PAYMENT  

We require a 20 % deposit at the moment of booking ( through Paypal). The balance will be paid here before your departure in cash, traveler checks or cashier’s check. All our prices include taxes. Please note that no items will be shipped before full payment.

ITEMS DELIVERY

Due to the quality of the images provided, we need a certain amount of time to edit your photographs. If there is not enough time to deliver the images before your departure, the DVD will be shipped to you by UPS. The delivering schedule is minimum 1 week after the event and can vary depending on the quantity of images to edit and the amount of work needed.

EDITING/RETOUCHING INFORMATION

Each image is edited one by one. Our prices include color/contrast adjustments, sharpening, basic retouching ( skin softening), and artistic enhancements including but not limited to color pop, toned B&W, sepia, vintage and other effects carefully selected for each photograph. Client may request changes at additional charge. Any modification to faces, teeth, hair, bodies, background or any retouching implying reconstruction of any kind  will be send to our retouching experts and will incur an additional charge of 60 US$ per hour or a minimum of 10 US$ per image depending on the work needed. Everything is possible with digital but such reconstructions require more than pressing a Photoshop button and sometimes up to 1 hour of work by image.

TRAVEL and DAY PASS

We are based in the area of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Charges for travel outside or to other cities are added to your package price. Most of our weddings in Punta Cana take place inside of a resort. In this case, our photographer and videographer will need a day pass to go in. The client is responsible for this cost. Some of the resorts charge an extra fee for to outside photographers. This fee will be added to your package and is not included in our pricing.

PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

PROOFS AND DIGITAL IMAGES (elite package)

All our packages include your images on DVD . The images are color retouched and enhanced. These images are supplied in high resolution format suitable for enlargements. You get the images plus a Reproduction Release along with your package. This allows you to make your own enlargements and copies of your wedding photography at any photo store of your choice.

A set of 4×6 Prints is available on request for the at extra cost.

Online Gallery

We offer reprint and enlargement ordering service with PICTAGE at very affordable rates ( the same we would charge here). The service is recognized as the best in the industry and is trusted by the best photographers all around the world. Within a few days after your wedding, you and your family and friends will be able to view your images online and place your orders if needed. You can easily view and select the images, pay for them online through the secure server, and the images will be delivered to your door, typically in less than one week after.It makes it very convenient for you, your family and friends to order reprints, digital albums, coffee books, thank you cards and many other beautiful products. This saves you considerable time and you won’t have to coordinate with everyone to find out who wants what in terms of reprints and enlargements- just send them to your password protected galley and let them order the images they want.

ALBUMS

ELITE MATTED ALBUM ( elite packages)

The library bound Elite Album is ideal when the presentation must be nothing less than premium. Handsome, leather grained covers are soft to the touch yet damage resistant and easy to clean.

This 10×10 album holds 55-60 photos of your choice and different sizes.

The Zookbook by Zookbinders.( digital packages)

Founded in 1995, Zookbinders is a leading provider of complete album solutions featuring the award winning Zook Book and the Photobook by Zookbinders.

We offer a 10×10 Zookbook, 38 sides that contains around 90 images. You can choose your leather type and color. Each album has a cameo cover ( photo inset on the cover) and 1 line cover stamping with your names. The Zook Book is accompanied by 2  6×6 Photo Book replicas for your parents ( hard cover, leather cover available at extra cost)

A digital design will be presented to you and the book will be printed after your approval.

PAINTED PICTURE

VIDEO PACKAGES

The wedding video that we provide you is a superb highlight wedding video that you, your family and friends will treasure for life. We supply one DVD as part of the package and additional copies are available on request.

We need 2 to 3 weeks for the edition. The DVD or USB will be shipped to you by UPS. The prices below do not include shipping( 70 US$)

Important fact: Each weeding is different and the lenght of the edited video is an average and depends on the lenght of the ceremony, the number of guests, if you have dances, speeches and other factors. If you choose the 8h coverage, it does not mean that the videographer will videotape during 8h and he will catch the best moments of the whole events. An HD edited video had a maximum capacity of 60 min.
